This house at 63 Wells Hill in Casa Loma sold at the open house this weekend according to a commenter (thanks).  How often do houses sell AT the open house?

It apparently sold for the asking price of $2,485,000.

UPDATE:  this house did NOT sell for asking.  It sold for $2,450,000 (thought something was fishy with the sale at the open house).

Personally, I prefer the house at 250 Rusholme in Dufferin Grove that is listed at $2,200,000 but this house is large, done and in a good neighbourhood.
