I was WAY off on this gutter!

This semi at 25 Marmaduke in Roncesvalles that was listed at $729,000 and I thought would sell for up to $850,000 has sold.

For $762,000.

It does need a lot work but it is large and the location is great (if you love Roncesvalles)!
