And it went for....

I only posted this house at 58 Coady an hour ago and have since learned that it has sold. 

It was listed at $599,000.  There is a LOT of work needed on this place, the yard is small and there is no parking.

I didn't think it would go much over asking.  Somewhere in the $615-$625 range was what I was thinking.

A reader commented that they thought it would sell closer to $685-$700.

It sold for $676,000 (nice guess!).

It needs a lot of work which could take it close to $760,000 or more if you were to do the kitchen.  Is this really worth that much?

9 Boston sold for $835,000...but it had parking (actually a garage), a large basement with a guest room and a 3rd floor office. 

If this house had parking, which should be considered a $50,000 premium, I would says yes.  But without parking, I don't think so.

Still, this place does have a lot of potential!
