I am not exactly in the market for a cottage in Muskoka so I am not sure if this place is expensive or not but I get the feeling that it is.
The listing says that there are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are in the main cottage then there is the guest cottage that sleeps 4, has a kitchenette and a 2 piece bath plus a coach house that sleeps 4 and has a 3 piece bath.
Does that mean there is only one bathroom in the main cottage for 4 bedrooms? That's no good.
The land is good with a flat part with lots of grass (and place for the bears to roam around), the water has wading spots from the rocks but the water seems deep and clean. Only thing is, your neighbours are close in a round bay that is bound to have sound just bounce back and forth. No crazy parties at this place!
Probably a good thing though because it looks like some money was spent with Muskoka Living Interiors to decorate the place (like this place in Minett that is actually on their website).
And I don't know if it is true that all the nastiness that comes from the other 2 big lakes ends up in Gravenhurst but this place is pretty close to Gravenhurst....
Still, it's new, comes with a fancy name (Wanderlust!!), it's big, the dock is a good size...
