PRICE DROP - 107 Marlborough Avenue - SUMMERHILL

The flip at 107 Marlborough Avenue that was listed in mid May for $1,839,000 has dropped its price.

Even though it is a good flip, it's bright and the floors and bathrooms are beautiful, I thought it was more of a $1,539,000 house.  There might be a front 'parking pad' but it is not legal and you will get ticketed if busted by the parking pad guy (they exist) or told on by your neighbours (it happens).

And no matter what the listing says, this is not a 'pool sized lot'.

So, dropping the price by $39,001 to $1,799,999 probably won't do much.
