PRICE DROP - 138 Bedford Road - ANNEX

The French style house in the Annex that I compared to 2 Montclair (this was initially listed as 4 Montclair) back in December is still for sale.

It was the Toronto House of the Week in February but that didn't help it sell.

When I compared it to the Montclair house, and if I had to choose one of the houses, I picked this one.  It was listed at $4,450,000 at the time, $1,140,000 cheaper than Montclair.

The Montclair house has since had a few price drops and is currently listed at $4,790,000.

This house had a price drop a few weeks ago and is now listed at $3,900,000.

It is 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.  But for the money, though I think they are all still WAY overpriced, I would rather live at 33 Lowther.

Or 405 Brunswick for that matter but it doesn't have a 'European' interior.  But it is almost half the price!

Why isn't THAT house selling!?!
