There is a very masculine feel to this place but I think it is a couple who lives here. I don't think a male picked out that carpet in the living room. Also, is this the couple that lives there?
That might get kind of awkward for guests.
I am not necessarily into all of the decor of this place but you have to admit it is pretty amazing (except that marble in the master bathroom, it's making me dizzy)!
There is a huge media room, exercise room and sauna on the third floor. The terrace isn't huge but it is private and has a fireplace. The ceilings are really high...the location is amazing if you are into Summerhill.
And all this in a chuch conversion!
It reminds me of the condo at 22 Birch that I posted almost a year ago. That place was 4 bedrooms but the space was actually smaller. It was very impressive but nowhere close to this place. It was listed at $2,475,000 but I am not sure what it sold for.
Looks like the owners of this Macpherson condo have been trying to sell for a while. This is the fourth time in the last 2 years that it has been listed...

Do you think this place will sell for asking now that it has dropped by $500,000? I think it still might be a little high but you have to admit, it is pretty impressive.
Maybe $3,250,000? Or still too high?
