This 3+2 bedroom, 3 bath mid-century bungalow is most likely going to get torn down and turned into something like one of the 3 monstrosities across the street....

So I thought it was worth a mention.

The bedspreads are still from the 80s and I kind of love them.  They remind me of this...

That little breakfast room just to the right of the front door is kind of weird.  Cold and weird.  Though I don't like banquettes, this would be a good place for one with a big table.  Something like this one...

I like the kitchen itself the way it is but I would probably change the backsplash.

I love most of the art work but I am not sure what this is...

There are family photos EVERYWHERE (look at that basement wall)!  Even one of the bedrooms has pillows made out of family photos!

This house has been well loved and looks like it has a lot of memories in it.  It is a shame that it will probably be torn down.

With a price tag of $2,795,000 in a neighbourhood where lots like the one at 3 Green Valley Road around the corner are listed at the ridiculous price of $5,245,000, this will be bought and torn down for sure!

But probably not at it's current asking price.  Green Valley has been listed before in 2009 for $2,095,000 and I don't think it sold then.

Maybe if this place doesn't sell, they will raise the price to $5 million as well!
