This laneway house at Dundas and Ossington might be unique but when this 3 storey, 3+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a garage at 89A Beaconsfield a few streets over sold for $895,000, I don't know how these people think this house will sell for $869,000!
This house is only 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living space is tiny but broken up into 2 spaces here which is weird.
There is definitely a Swedish feels about the place. It actually reminds me of this Stockholm loft that was for sale a while ago...
But clearly with a lot less personality!!!
$869,000 to live in a lane house! Seems kind of crazy. But it does have a garage that is accessed through the house! That's a plus.
