I love this house.
I would love it even more if the floors were white oak or a grey wash and if that brick wall was painted white or a soft grey (and if there wasn't a wall of curtain, not loving that but it might look better in person).
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house that has been completely done.
There are a few drawbacks though. It is REALLY close to Avenue Road but most houses in this neighbourhood are. There is no parking (an issue) and the yard is small.
That is probably why the house is priced as it is though. It is listed at $1,325,000.
Considering that the house at 6 Oaklands that is basically the same size, with the same amount of rooms but a wider basement, located just on the other side of Avenue sold for $1,650,000...
I think this could easily go for $1,450,000.
