This is what this house used to look like...
Another Toronto home that didn't need to be torn down.
This house was listed in 2007 for $1,675,000.
Sure there are things that aren't great like the concrete stairs, the red brick, the colour...but all those things could have been changed (maybe the inside was a mess, who knows). Instead, we get this new build that looks like it is in the wrong neighbourhood.
And the price!?! That is crazy.
Makes my last post at 123 Imperial look completely reasonable!
This house was originally listed in January for $3,749,000. The price was dropped at the end of March to $3,679,000.
Looks like they dropped it again by $29,000.
I think they need to go a LOT lower...
