483 Dupont Street, Unit 105 - ANNEX
Here is another loft available in the Annex House Lofts that I posted about yesterday. This one was originally a 3 bedroom layout (how, I can't figure out), that is now a 2 bedroom but is really only a 1 bedroom the way it is currently configured.
The space with the open kitchen is supposed to be the living and dining area but I am not sure how that would work.
It might work if you used the little IKEA table from the other unit I posted yesterday....
But it would be a tight squeeze.
Here is another unit in the building that has sold but it is a similar layout but the space is used for a living room...
I in this unit, the living space is upstairs .
And it is really big. I guess this is the space that used to be the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms but when your living space is only as big as a dining table, you have to make changes.
Again, the floors are amazing. I love the style of the doors and there is a rooftop patio.
I really love that table (which should be in unit 120 instead of the IKEA one). There is a steam shower and a large deck...
And this place is $20,000 less than the other loft. This one is listed at $849,000. Which unit do you like more? Even with the higher price, I think I prefer the other one.
