Once you take out all the toile, tapestries, plates and velvet pillows, is this going to look like a $2,649,000 house?

The house was recently renovated by Den Bosch and Finchley and the interior was done by Brian Gluckstein. I should have known!

The toile plates! The tapestry rug! The cushions with the fringe! The lamps! The velvet! The blankets thrown just so!
It's the exact same.
So, unless you want to hire a designer with the profile of Brian Gluckstein, the interior of this house with different furniture could look like a $1,950,000 house.
This house, even without the furniture, is a lot better than the neighbour who recently sold for low $1.6s after sitting on the market for a while.
This house is 4+1 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, has recently been renovated...
First thing I would do though would be to replace that kitchen faucet. I really like that kitchen but not loving the faucet. And maybe the vent hood if possible. That is a little much for me.
It might not be a $2,649,000 once the furniture is out but I do think it is more than a $1.9 house. This will probably sell for $2,350,000. Maybe $2,450,000.
