Another price drop!  It's Price Drop Tuesday!!

This ridiculously priced semi in Little Italy that was listed a couple of weeks ago at $1,175,000 has seen the light.  Almost.

They dropped their price to $999,000 which is still way too much.

Especially considering what is going on with the neighbours!  Is that a hoarding situtation or are they renovating?

Regardless, this house isn't worth $1 million.
