This 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 20 x 125 lot has recently been renovated.
This is what it looked like 3 years ago...
It looks like the neighbour to the left also renovated but I am not loving what they have done. This reno isn't the best on the third floor either. Those windows seem too big for the house but it is better than the neighbour's 3rd floor addition.
I think this is a VERY new listing so the photos aren't great. If better ones come out, I will update.
In the meantime, this is what we have to work with.
I really like the first floor. I like the kitchen but I am not sure what that orange column is. It kind of blocks the view of the backyard. The stairs aren't my favourite but they are fine.
There are no pictures of the bathrooms or the basement. I feel like a recently renovated house with a possible 5 bedrooms should have more than 3 washrooms. According to the listing the are 'spa-like'. I need to see what they look like. There is second floor laundry, 2 car laneway parking...
The upstairs has zebra wood floors which I am not a fan of but that hasn't stopped people in the past. Remember the semi at 80 Shannon Street in Dufferin Grove that sold for $977,500?
This house is listed at $979,900. The house down the street at 31 Fermanagh that could use a little updating just sold for $1,011,000.
This house is definitely going over. Probably closer to $1,100,000, if not $1,150,000!! This neighbourhood is hot! Even Ryan Gosling is hanging out here!
