And it went for....

In my last post I pointed out that the Riverdale semi at 217 Bain sold for Summerhill prices so I guess Riverdale is in the same demand category as Summerhill.

This house at 110 Alcorn has changed my mind again.

It was listed at $1,125,000 and I thought they were crazy!  I thought it should be listed lower with the hopes that it would sell for the same price as the 97 Marlborough house a few streets away that sold for $959,097.  I said there was no WAY they were going to get their asking price.

They didn't but they did get ##% of list.

It sold for $1,110,000!!!!  That's only $29,000 less than the similar house at 34 Bishop in Yorkville.  So, Summerhill has Yorkville prices and Riverdale has Summerhill prices now.   

Quite a change in a matter of weeks!  Literally, weeks.
