The small 3 bedroom semi with no parking in the middle of Summerhill, Yorkville and Rathnelly at 119 Roxborough Street West that was initially listed at $1,450,000 has sold.

It was listed in April but didn`t sell and dropped it`s price to $1,300,000.

In my initial post, I thought it should be listed for $1,250,000.

It sold a few months ago for $1,250,000.

Makes it even more shocking that this 2 bedroom semi at 115 Summerhill Avenue sold for $1,327,000.
