PRICE DROP #2 - 50 Poplar Plains - RATHNELLY

Thanks to the reader who commented that this place has had another price drop!

It was initially listed at $1,650,000.  I thought it could sell for $1,850,000 considering that the house at 188 Cottingham sold for $1,581,000.

Well, it didn't sell at asking after being listed in April.  They dropped the price to $1,580,000.

Again, it didn't sell.

The price is now $1,485,000.
