And it went for....

The 4 bedroom but only 2 bathroom house at 92 Hogarth in Riverdale has sold after a month of being on the market.

It was listed at $1,450,000.....wait, WHAT?    

Looks like they increased the price a few weeks ago after not selling for a few weeks!  The most recent asking price was $1,575,000!

I thought this house should have been priced at no more than $1,275,000 considering the bathroom situation, the old looking windows, the kitchen....but that it would probably sell for the initial asking price of $1,450,000.

It sold for $1,500,000!!!  Someone must have gone to see it on a really hot day and got sucked in by that pool because otherwise, that price is crazy.
