It is a big piece of property for Vancouver but the house itself isn't large at only 1,020 square feet and only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. But if that is all you need, this house is great.
It has been renovated and thankfully the current owners are architects so were able to keep the integrity of the house. I love the plywood walls. And they did a great job with the kitchen. What is the floor? Is that orange concrete slabs? I love it whatever it is.
A lot of the furniture is IKEA but it works in this space.
Though this is North Vancouver, is on a busy street, only has one bathroom and 2 bedrooms, this house offers a lot for the money. It has great style and a large yard and it has all recently been redone.
Plus, the listing price is $1,099,000.
