This old house is located across the street from the Plains of Abraham in the area of City-Limoilou in, one of the most densely populated areas of Quebec city and is listed at $1,395,000.
It sits on a 30 x 56.8 lot so there is absolutely no yard but is located across from a massive park.
It is a mix of old a new. I like that kitchen and I think the painted exposed brick looks terrific. It looks great as the backsplash. The style of the furniture is traditional but it kind of suits this house. It could easily be redocrated to look like the house at 64, Av. Aberdeen in Montreal but I find it kind of charming as it is. It reminds me a little of this Kingston post and beam house.
It is a nice house in a good location. Too bad there is no yard.
