This is a new build in West Vancouver.
The property is VERY impressive but I am not sure I am blown away by the house. The outside is terrific but the inside is not, especially for $8,398,000!
It is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house but is that the dining room off the kitchen? That is a little small, no? I know the living room furniture is taking in the view but furniture on an angle really drives me crazy.
This house is a little lackluster for the price.
Imagine if the house was the house that I posted a few weeks ago at 3350 Thompson Crescent instead but on this property!!
That would be amazing but a lot more expensive. It is already listed at $9,825,000 without the 50 feet of waterfront property.
You can't beat the waterfront walk out! But this house...it's lackluster.
