Another overpriced Summerhill house has had a price drop.  Actually, I think this one is a relist but they are with the same agents so I am calling it a price drop.

It was initially listed back in December for $2,100,000 which I thought was NUTS!

It is now listed for $1,950,000 which is still nuts.

This is a $1,295,000 house at the MOST!
