The listing calls this a loft alternative and according to the listing, the kitchen is new. Maybe it is too tight but I would have thought the kitchen would have made more sense where the dining room is. The wall where the fridge is could be covered and then a knocked out into the dining room and that area could be used as a pantry. And according to the listing, the dining room is actually bigger so it would work!
It would feel more like a house that way rather than a studio loft.
The bathrooms are good. The basement seems a little grungy. I have no idea if it is the case in this house but tiled basements always make me think there are water problems.
This place is cute but there are issues inside and out. The front steps are in bad shape, the awning is old, the railings are old. Plus that ivy needs to go! It's covering the whole kitchen window!
I think the price is high. I think $499,000 would make more sense.
