PRICE DROP #2 - 31 Dunbar Road - ROSEDALE

With all the houses recently that haven't been selling and are being put up for lease instead, it got me thinking about this place...

It has been on the market since April 2011.  Over one year!!

It was first listed at $3,750,000.  It didn't sell and they finally dropped the price in November to $3,495,000.

They dropped the price again in April to $3,200,000.

As I said back in November, I think it needs to go down to $2,900,000.
