15 Beech Avenue - BEACHES
Though I am not crazy about the style of this house with regards to the furniture, the curtains, and the rugs, I do have to say that this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house over looking Lake Ontario and Balmy Beach Park is pretty impressive.
The lot isn't big. It sits on a 50 x 60 lot but it definitely has a view. Mostly of a lawn bowling field but also of the water from the second floor.
I am a little frustrated the listing says 'O.M.G The Pantry!' but there is not picture of the pantry. You can kind of see it through one of the kitchen pictures but I want to see the PANTRY.
The living room open to the family room with the dining room off to the side with a built in banquet is odd but otherwise I like it.
These people are really into there art. So much so that there is a room with a painting and a chair. And that's it. Is that a sketch of Prince William in the bedroom on the third floor?
This house is listed at $2,295,000.
It might not have 2 panic rooms or an infinity pool but that price is a lot more attractive than $7,500,000 if you are looking for a Beach house right on the water!
