194 Parkview Hills Crescent - PARKVIEW HILLS
Back in December I posted a house at 19 Awesome Again Lane in Aurora. I thought it might be Curtis Joseph's house but I never confirmed it. But it was definitely a hockey player's house.
Well, this isn't Curtis Joseph's house but it is also a hockey player's house. It is Doug Gilmour's house as confirmed by The Star.
It was listed yesterday but I swear I have seen it before. It's those chairs in the family/living room. Speaking of which, why is there no formal living room in this house? It is a 4,600 square foot house and should have a proper living room!
It does have 4+1 bedrooms though and sits on a 50.96 x 236.22 foot lot over looking a ravine but also over looking the DVP.
Other than all the brown furniture and the front of the house, this is a nice house inside. There really should be a living room though...
There is that guitar thing again. Does Doug Gilmour invite friends over for dinner then just starts playing the guitar for them while they eat?
Is Doug's guitar a David Gilmour Fender...
or an Eric Clapton Fender?
It looks like an Eric Clapton.
Other than the fact that this house is owned by Doug Gilmour, the guitar really is the most exciting thing in it!
This house was listed in January 2011 for $1,499,000. It is now listed at $1,699,000.
It looks like they never fully moved in...
Considering that this house would sell for $2,200,000 in Leaside even without a living room, I think the price is right...if the DVP doesn't bug you.
