548 Richmond Street West - FASHION DISTRICT
This house/office is similar to the $8,800,000 Serendipity Point offices at 9 Price Street in Summerhill that I initially posted in November.
It was on the market just a month ago but is no longer listed. I am not sure if it sold or not or is one of the 80 something listings that have been terminating in Toronto recently.
This place is clearly not as nice and the location is a bit more urban. Except for the neighbours (who I am not sure are there anymoer).
Look at that one in the middle? How does that guy get his hedges so perfect!?! It's almost like he uses a level or something.
This place has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Does that mean there is only one half bath for the large office space on the first floor? The whole space is 4,018 square feet and sits on a 21.68 x 95.33 lot. It was built in 1995 and has a bit of a 90s feel.
The living space is a large and bright but that kitchen could be replaced. It is almost 20 years.
For $4,200,000 it is under half the price of 9 Price Street that sat on the market for months. It isn't as nice though. But like Price Street, this place has underground parking.
Wonder how long this will sit on the market or if it will be the perfect space for a buyer who wanted Price Street but it was just too much!
It does look a lot better at night...
