23 Afton Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
Considering that the house at 147 Lisgar that I posted yesterday was a flip bought last year for $616,000 and sold last week for $1,200,000, what do you think this house is going to sell for?
It is listed at $495,000.
It isn't very wide at only 15 feet and the lot depth is only 100 feet but this could be a good opportunity if they do the flip right.
The Lisgar house has it's problems like the cramped third floor bedroom and the basement wires on the stairs but it is a good flip.
This house is smaller and the neighbour to the right is in a bit of disrepair....but it looks like it might be possible to do something with the third floor and it could eventually look like any of these house down the street...
I am guessing $529,000.
