PRICE DROP #2 - 107 Marlborough Avenue - SUMMERHILL

This semi with no parking at 107 Marlborough Avenue has been on the market since mid May.  It was initially listed at $1,839,000 which I thought was crazy!

I thought it was maybe a $1,539,000 house.

It didn't sell so they dropped the price at the end of May to $1,799,999.  Again, it hasn't sold.

Doesn't it remind you of the house at 68 Dovercourt in Beaconsfield Village that finally sold last week!?!  It sold for $1,065,000.  I really like the inside of that place except for the completely open washroom on the third floor.  I have NO idea who would like that.  The apartment building in the backyard and the street were also not the best but there were many good qualities about it (though not everyone agrees!).

The location of this house is definitely better hence the higher price tag.  Plus the washrooms are private!  I really like it as well (is it the same builder?)

 Even though I do like it a lot, I still think this is a maybe $1,539,000 house...

And the drop to $1,739,900 isn't going to do much.
