It's about time!!!

The house at 354 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park that I originally posted in April has sold.

It was listed at $1,925,000 and recently had a price drop to $1,849,000 that I posted yesterday.

With everything it had to offer, I thought the price was right but that it probably should have been listed at $1,799,000 to start.

Well, it sold yesterday for $1,900,000.  Nice work Barrie agents!!!!

UPDATE:    This is a comment I just got on my original post presumably from the agents themselves....

I suppose you Real Estate compass was off with this one... the house sold in 2 weeks for $#,###,###....and just an FYI.. those "Barrie" agents are bringing there success selling Real Estate on the water to T.O. According to my sources they have several Toronto agents already working for the company (hence the Moore park sale) and opening an office at Yonge & Summerhill.
