SUSPENDED and And went it for... - 156 and 154 Langley Avenue - RIVERDALE

This listing has been suspended.  When I hear that word 'suspended', I think of 

Tom Cruise (I know he has been in the news a lot recently but that is some serious suspension)...

or this ....

I don't know why, I just get the feeling that this house situation might be something like this.  It's got that vibe. (umm, is anyone else hearing the most annoying  HD YouTube Sound after watching that?  That is NOT GOOD).

156 Langley was listed mid June for $879,900...

Just two weeks after the attached house at 154 Langley with the terrible 80s reno living room pit in the basement that was listed for $759,000, then $815,000 then $799,000....

The houses were listed by the same agency but not by the same agents.

Guess what....one of them has sold......

And it isn't the one that was suspended.  Is it possible that someone is working a deal to own both in Riverdale?  Side by side...for a some sort of townhouse situation?

I feel like there might be a deal under way and we will be hearing about 156 being an 'And it went for' instead of SUSPENDED.

Sounds so much better, no?

By the way, 154 sold for $778,000! It has to be a builder.....
