This 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom townhouse has been listed since September 2010. It was originally listed at $1,849,000. The building was completed in January of this year but the place still didn't sell. The price was then dropped at the end of March to $1,795,000.
Today, they dropped it again to $1,749,000.
It was designed by Gordon Ridgely Architects, the finishes were done by designer Brian Gluckstein, and the town houses themselves were built by NEXXT Developement Corp and Mizrahi Design Build, the same builders behind 190 Forest Hill Road.
It has the same black and white theme as the new reno at 106 Crescent Road but I much prefer that house (it is twice the price...).
This house is VERY nice but the whole thing with the garage opening to the living room and the 'solarium' on the second floor leading to the terrace with high walls...
The fact that if you want side tables in the master or any of the bedrooms for that matter, you can't have a king sized bed really sucks. Is it possible to even close the master bedroom door when there is a bed in there!?!
And what is the point of that elevator!?! Don't buy a townhouse if you can't walk up and down the stairs!!!!
That garage situation is REALLY, REALLY bugging me....
Were all the townhouses like that?
