265 Glenforest Road - TEDDINGTON PARK
I had this listing all set to post a few weeks ago but somehow forgot about it.
Well, the neighbour just sold on Wednesday.
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. It is listed at $1,399,000.
The neighbour at 267 that just sold was listed at $1,450,000 and sold for $1,375,000.
Thing is....the pictures that are for this listing at 265 which I am assuming is the townhouse in the middle are actually the pictures from the 267 listing which was listed for $51,000 higher! Or was it 263!?!
Are you confused? I am. And now, when you go to the 265 listing, is says it is the 263 listing but again, shows pictures of 267!
I guess they all look alike but why is 265 $51,000 less? Is it because it is in the middle?
As far as the house itself, which ever one it is......I don't love it. I don't love the paint colour, I definitely don't love that tile in the kitchen, and I don't love the white tiled floors. It seems like too much maintenance to keep it clean. Oiled white oak throughout would have been my preference. Not loving the black tile with the white marble in the bathroom either.
And the dining room as the front room and the living/family....for $1,399,000?
I don't really get it.
