After posting the house at 593 Logan Avenue a couple of days ago, it got me thinking of the tiny house at 612 Logan Avenue across the street that I posted back in April and I realized I never posted how much it sold for.
It was a tiny 1 bedroom house quished between 2 other houses. The listing picture above makes it look a LOT bigger than it is. Take a look at the Google streetview...
That is NOT a big house.
It was listed at $384,900. I thought that since the taxes and gass were low and there were no condo fees, not to mention that Riverdale was going nuts in March and April, I thought it would sell for at least asking, if not $50,000 over.
It sold for $435,000. I was short $100.
Based on this price, there is no reason 612 Logan won't sell for asking. Too bad about the PEX patio.
