That is not a typo!

I REALLY like the house from the outside but the inside is really boring and a little run down (is that front hall tile recent!?!).  The kitchen is good but that master bathroom can't be recent either....the house is 4+2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms

It could be great but this house is currently not $3.5M great!!  By any means!!!!

The house in Moore Park at 334 Inglewood that was 4+1 bedrooms and had a much nicer interior sold for $2,350,000.

This 6+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house at 210 Inglewood that is probably actually nicer than this listing even though it is a little run down as well recently sold for $2,500,000.

So, where did $3,495,000 come from!?!  Sure it is on an 80 x 150 lot but it probably isn't that much wider than the Inglewood lots. Is Leaside worth a MILLION dollars more than Moore Park!?!
