382 Berkeley Street - CABBAGETOWN
This is a beautiful 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 22 x 123 foot lot* in Cabbagetown. It has been on the market for a while though.
It is listed at $1,249,000. Considering that the house at 298 Berkeley sold for $1,050,000 and it was detached, this place might be listed a bit too high. The location is a bit better though but not by much.
I really like the style of this house except I am not crazy about the carpet in the washroom.
Or the kitchen.
Last night, I was watching Selling London (if you haven't watched it you need to. It is all about $25M+ houses in London and it is amazing!).
On the show, there was a house that had a very similar kitchen to this one. Difference was that the ceiling was painted black and it looked amazing. It really updated the kitchen!

I think it would really change that space.
This house has parking, a large washroom (that could probably use some updating but is fine for now), large bedrooms and a basement apartment.
As I said, considering what the house further south sold for, this is probably a little overpriced though not by much.
