118 Pearson Avenue - RONCESVALLES (UPDATE)
So, the siding, the old windows and the brick on the second floor throw me off right away not to mention the brick facade at the neighbour's house!
But inside is better. It is still a little rough around the edges, but it is better. This is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a garage.
For some reason, I don't mind the exposed brick fireplace in this house. I really like those chairs but those aren't coming with the house.
The kitchen looks newish. I am not crazy about the backsplash but that is an easy change. The wall in the bedroom is weird and makes it kind of hard to get into bed...
The bathrooms look new and I really like the style.
This house is priced at $799,000. Considering that this 3 bedroom house 2 streets over at 34 Garden sold for $856,100 and Kyle Lin's house at 4 Garden from the reno blog Roncesvalles Victorian Reno Diary (when is High Park Eddy starting!?!) sold for $885,689, I think this place might be a little high.
4 Garden was much nicer and had a finished basement...
I'm thinking mid 7s.
UPDATE: just noticed the kitchen backsplash. I am not a fan. It reminds me of a lizard.
