This is the house immediately to the north of the house that I just posted.
I mentioned that the other house was going to be an almost gutter. I think walls will be taken down. All of that doesn't NEED to be done but it will be done.
This house isn't as close to being an almost gutter but it could use a lot of work! I think this place will be bought and have a BIG reno done to it. It's very out of date. The kitchen is old, the windows look old, the bathrooms aren't great (why are the toilet and bidet on an angle!?!)...these floors are better than the other house and the layout is also better. Plus it has 4 versus 2 washrooms!
It is 4+1 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on a 45 x 126 lot. The basement has an apartment, a little grungy, but an apartment if you need help with the mortgage before you start your reno.
As you can see from the streetview, even 3 years ago, houses on this street were getting big fix ups.

This house is listed at $1,349,000. Considering that the neighbour has a strange first floor layout with 2 strange front porch rooms and this house has a good existing layout and 2 more bathrooms, I think this will definitely go for asking.
I actually think this one will sell for closer to $1,450,000.
