This house is in Moore Park. It is 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
And it is exactly what the last 2 houses I posted at 86 Hillcrest and 88 Hillcrest could look like with some new paint and curtains. For all of you who hate white paint, you have to admit that this makes a BIG difference.
I still think both Hillcrest homes are going to have big renos but even with the run down kitchen and the master toilet being shoved up against the shower in this house, the white paint makes this house look so much better!!!
This neighbourhood is off of St. Clair like Wychwood but on the other side of Yonge. And it is a bit fancier.
That is why the price tag is $1,529,000. Plus the windows are a bit nicer, that family room built-in is old I think but I love it, and the floors are better.
If they can find a buyer that likes the tennis courts being right in the backyard, this house will sell for $1,645,000. Otherwise, just a little over asking. Maybe $1,545,000.
