DELISTED - 173 Cottingham Street - RATHNELLY

The renovated semi in Rathnelly that I posted in mid-June has been delisted.

It was originally listed at the end of May for $1,325,000.  I posted it on June 14.  I thought the price was good and considering what other places in the neighbourhood had been selling for, I thought they could get that price or higher.

Many readers disagreed and clearly so did the market.  This house was taken off the market a week later.

I wonder if they are waiting for the market to pick up again in the Fall to relist.  If they do, do you think it will  be listed at a lower price?  Maybe $1,295,000?
