PRICE DROP #3 - 31 Dunbar Avenue - ROSEDALE

On Tuesday, I posted this house that has been on the market for a year.  There have been a few houses recently that have not sold and then been put up for lease.  I was wondering if that would be the fate of this house since the second price drop in April wasn't helping it sell.  That price was $3,200,000.  I thought it was more of a $2,900,000 house.

Well, on Wednesday, they dropped the price to $2,995,000.

It will sell soon.
