It has been restaged for the new listing and it looks much better even with the overabundance of Canadiana (a Bay blanket AND book!?! And is that a polar bear rug in the living room!?!)! I am not sure this a $10 million house but it is impressive if you like the tile floor and the whole lot of wood look. And a mosquito infested backyard...
A lot of the style of this house wouldn't be my first choice but it does seem like it has been redone fairly recently, top to bottom. And it looks like the quality is top notch. It my not my what I would chose but it is well done. Too bad about the office phone system!
Even though it isn't exactly my style and the 2 'front' doors are confusing, if I was in this market, I would buy this place over the house at 65 Binscarth hands down!
