This 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom new build in Chaplin Estates has been listed since June.
This is the house that was torn down to make way for the new build...
Not sure it was necessarily a tear down...
The current house was listed initially at $3,150,000. Though I think the house is nice, especially for a new build, the backyard is tiny and for that price, you need a bigger yard.
In June, I said this house was a $2,850,000 house....Tops!
It is now listed at $3,075,000. It still needs to go down....
