20 Sandringham Drive - ARMOUR HEIGHTS
This house has been listed since November 2011 when it was priced at $4,750,000. It was listed again in May with a new price of $4,880,000...$130,000 MORE.
It's kind of a cross between the house at 15 Oakley Place and the kind of spooky house at 9 Strathearn.
All are English Manor style.
This one is impressive but not my favourite.
15 Oakley is my favourite. It is listed at $5,500,000. It will need some work on the kitchens and bathrooms soon though.
9 Strathearn would be my favourite if it weren't so creepy. I really like the looks of the outside. There were no pictures of the bathrooms but if they are anything like the kitchen, they need a lot of work. It is priced at $4,350,000 after dropping from $5,300,000 after 4 years of being on the market.
This house is priced right in between and doesn't need any work but is very close to Wilson Avenue.
It has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and sits on a 144 x 385 foot lot.
I really wish there was a floor plan.
