The pictures aren't great but you can see there has been a big transformation. I can't believe they were able to do all that and stage it in 3 months. They must have got possession of the house the day the deal closed!!
It is hard to tell from the grainy pictures but it looks like they did a nice job. It's a classic flip style but a good one. Unfortunately, it looks like they got rid of the fireplace in the master and replaced it with a leather tub chair from Stagers Source.
This house is 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sits on an 18 x 102 lot but there is no parking.
It is listed at $949,000.
It's a fast flip but it looks okay. It is in a good neighbourhood. Too bad about the parking
Considering that the house at 927 Logan sold for $939,000, I can't imagine this wouldn't sell for asking or more! But that was in February when things were crazy...
