Otherwise, the house is okay. The kitchen is a little rough and the bathroom is tiny but it has a 125 foot lot and a parking spot.
And the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health at the end of the street has been redone to better connect to the surrounding community!
Considering that the tiny bungalow at 125 Manning recently sold for $557,000, I suppose it is possible that they can get their asking.
Given this location though, I think it is at least $60,000 too high.
Something more like $629,000 tops....unless you are into graffiti and late night swinging! Then the price is right!
