PRICE DROP - 237 Lytton Boulevard - LYTTON PARK

This 3+1 townhouse in Lytton Park has been on the market for ages.  Since September 2010.

It was initially listed at $1,849,000.  Then the price was dropped at the end of March to $1,795,000 then again in July to $1,749,000.

It is now listed at $1,699,000.

This will still not sell.  That living room/garage situation is messed up.  And as one reader pointed out, there is no fresh air access in the master bedroom.  That right there is a complete deal breaker.
