PRICE DROP - 7 Brookfield Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS

The 3 bedroom house that I posted on Monday has already had a price drop.

It was initially listed a couple of weeks ago for $689,000.

I thought it was more of a low $600,000 house, $629,000 TOPS.

The new price is $649,000.  Given that location, this will still be a hard sell.
