The restored ravine bungalow in Mississuaga that has been a Globe and Mail Home of the Week and a Toronto Life House of the Week, not to mention being featured on this wonderful blog in mid-July.........has dropped its price!

It was listed at $1,999,900.  I thought it was more of a low to mid $1.8 house based on comparables (exhibit a that sold for $1,700,000, exhibit b that sold for $1,500,000).

The new price is $1,899,000.

What is it?  Why isn't this place selling?  Is it the location?  The floors?  It comes with all the light fixtures!  That is worth it alone!
